Ingredients

  • Flour: use all-purpose or whole wheat for added fiber
  • Greek yogurt: plain and thick for best texture
  • Baking powder: helps pancakes rise

  • Honey: natural sweetness
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, maple syrup, or nut butter

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
Add wet ingredients:
Stir in Greek yogurt, egg, and honey until batter is smooth.
Prepare skillet:
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
Cook pancakes:
Pour batter in rounds and cook 2 & 3 minutes per side until golden.
