Common Questions
- → What type of sausage is best for this dish?
Smoked sausages like andouille or kielbasa are ideal, as their smoky flavor complements the creamy sauce well.
- → Can I make this dish spicier?
Yes, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to intensify the heat according to your preference.
- → Is it possible to substitute the pasta?
Absolutely. Gluten-free pasta or other shapes can be used without affecting the dish’s overall flavor.
- → How do I prevent the sauce from breaking?
