# Method Steps:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries. Slice each berry in half lengthwise to form half-circles.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract in a small bowl, blending until smooth.
04 - Hold each strawberry half by the cut side and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Place dipped strawberry halves cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Optionally sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini dark chocolate chips over the yogurt coating immediately.
07 - Freeze the baking sheet for 1 hour or until the yogurt coating is firm.
