# Method Steps:
01 - Preheat the waffle iron as per manufacturer’s guidelines and lightly grease the surface with butter or oil.
02 - Combine the grated sweet potato, egg, milk, melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon in a medium bowl until fully incorporated.
03 - Spoon half of the batter evenly onto the preheated waffle iron, spreading gently to cover the surface.
04 - Close the lid and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until the waffle turns golden brown and develops a crisp texture.
