# Method Steps:

05 - Mix in the rinsed red lentils, coconut milk, and vegetable stock. Allow the mixture to reach a gentle simmer.
06 - Add cauliflower florets, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
07 - Stir in sliced red cabbage and simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until lentils and vegetables are tender.
