01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Method Steps:
01 - Place the flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
02 - Evenly spread about 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese over each tortilla using a spreading knife.
03 - Lay one slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle freshly chopped dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, and drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Place a whole dill pickle lengthwise at the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Firmly roll the tortilla around the pickle, enclosing all the fillings.
07 - Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces or serve whole as preferred.
