# Method Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar blend evenly over both sides.
04 - Stack the coated tortillas and slice into 8 wedges each to form chips. Arrange in one layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway, until crisp and fragrant. Cool completely before serving.
06 - Combine diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple in a medium bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and honey or maple syrup. Add fresh mint if desired and gently toss to distribute.
