# Method Steps:
01 - Slice apples into thin wedges and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange slices in a circular pattern on a serving platter, leaving space in the center.
02 - Combine brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture gently boils, then cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
04 - Pour caramel dip into a small bowl and place in the center of the apple arrangement.
05 - Serve immediately, using apple slices to dip into the caramel.
