# Method Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Lightly oil a medium baking dish to prevent sticking.
03 - Arrange half of the tomato slices in a single layer, then evenly sprinkle half of the red onion and minced garlic over them. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
04 - Distribute half of the fresh mozzarella over the seasoned vegetables.
05 - Repeat the layering with the remaining tomatoes, red onion, garlic, seasonings, and mozzarella.
06 - Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the top and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is golden, bubbly, and the tomatoes are tender.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before topping with fresh basil leaves and serving.
