# Method Steps:

02 - In a large bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter with granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
03 - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and red food coloring until fully combined.
04 - Gradually blend the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
05 - Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
