# Method Steps:
01 - Gently twist open each sandwich cookie. Attach two candy eyes to one half using a small amount of frosting or melted chocolate as adhesive. Place a yellow or orange chocolate candy beneath the eyes as the beak. Press the other cookie half underneath to form the owl body.
02 - Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in mini marshmallows until fully melted. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly combined. Grease hands lightly and shape mixture into 8 small oval forms. While warm, press two mini pretzel twists into each side for wings, add two chocolate chips for eyes and one orange candy for the beak. Allow to cool completely.
