01 - 4 large spinach tortillas (or regular flour tortillas)
→ Spread
02 - 100 g cream cheese, softened (3.5 oz)
03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
08 - ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced
09 - 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
10 - 50 g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped (1.75 oz)
11 - 50 g shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (1.75 oz)
→ Toppings and Garnish
12 - 16 pretzel sticks
13 - Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
14 - 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars
# Method Steps:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat and spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
03 - Evenly sprinkle chopped spinach, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, and shredded cheese over each tortilla.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly, then use a sharp knife to slice each wrap into 2–3 angled pieces resembling tree shapes.
05 - Insert one pretzel stick into the base of each wrap segment to mimic tree trunks.
06 - Use a small star-shaped cutter to cut stars from the yellow bell pepper and press one onto the top of each wrap tree.
07 - Sprinkle wraps with sesame or poppy seeds for a snow-like effect if desired.
08 - Set the air fryer to 180°F (350°F) and allow it to preheat.
09 - Place wraps cut side up in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
10 - Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until wraps are crisp and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
